Charles Charming: Young, Handsome, and all Family

This is the youngest of my recent Neopets account: Charles Charming the Red Ogrin.

Charles Charming is the youngest of three, and seems to be the more amateur of his family. Living up to his name, Charles is a sucker for the females, even though sometimes in return, he gets a slap to the face. He loves luck and chance games, but at most they dont always end in victory. He has the flirtatious personality that some Neopians love, but sometimes it can be a little too much depending on how he goes about it.

Dispite this, Charles loves his siblings. He would go all across the way just to be there for them, especially for his older brother, who is very insecure about himself and has a hard time being accepted with other Neopians.
